Tis my first oekaki in the past TWO YEARS, bay-be~!
Um..it's Luffy. Duh. Ummm...yeah. o_O I play him in an RP (Same one with Hikaru) and he has these tatoo-type thingies on his back...and Noelle was all like "Draw them~!" so I did.
Um..yay? I don't know what's up with the wings, I just felt like giving Luffy wings. The wings suck, ignore them. >_> Hell, the background sucks too. Blah...the whole thing isn't too wonderful compared to most of the drawings here, but I tried.
